Individual Therapy for Trauma, Loss, and Life’s Hardest Chapters
For the inner life you haven't had time to tend.
I believe effective therapy requires two essential ingredients — safety and connection. Both are necessary to all healthy relationships, but in therapy they create the conditions that help us tune into our own unmet needs and begin examining the old defenses and self-protections that once kept us safe, but now limit our growth and our ability to have more satisfying relationships.
In our individual work, I focus on creating the conditions where you feel safe enough to take emotional risks and try new ways of being. Together we'll build the trust needed to explore how early relationships and past trauma continue to show up in your life — in your emotions, your relationships, your sense of self — working at a depth that leads to greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, and genuine healing.
Over time, clients often find themselves feeling:
More understood and acknowledged
Increased self-acceptance and compassion
Greater emotional clarity and resilience
Healthier boundaries and communication
More present and grounded
