For the Mother You're Still Becoming.

Motherhood often carries joy and grief side by side. This transition — known as Matrescence — is a profound transformation of identity, body, heart, and mind. Whether you're in the tender early days after birth or years into parenting, it's natural to feel surprised by the emotional depth this season brings.

Therapy offers a gentle space to honor this becoming — to sit with what's shifting, and to reconnect with yourself as you move through motherhood with greater clarity and compassion.

Group Offerings

Once or twice a year, I facilitate a postpartum group for new mothers seeking shared support during this transition.

I believe every parent deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to hold all parts of parenthood—the joyful moments, the heavy ones, and everything in between. When parents feel truly supported in this meaningful work, they’re more able to feel steady and confident. From there, it becomes easier to show up with care, presence, and intention.
